Preeti Kumar, an inspiring woman and also the heart and soul of the Uttar Pradesh fashion industry is now stepping up to be at the top. She started her career as a model in 1990 and was winner of Miss Computec 1990, Ms. Uttar Pradesh Classic 1991 and Ms. Taj 1991.
She won countless titles in the 90s and made her city very proud and after taking a few years away she returned to the new generation of the Uttar Pradesh fashion industry as a celebrity jury and represents Lucknow across India as a celebrity judge in fashion contests. .
She has been a judge in various shows with Rann Vijay Singha (MTV), Prince Narula, Karan Kundra, Rohit Khandelwal, Yuvika Chaudhary, Parul Chauhan and many others.
Preeti Kumar was also awarded as Ms. Awadh in 2019. She was recently crowned by Rannvijay Singha and other celebrities as 2021 Uttar Pradesh fashion icon. She was also awarded as Ms. Model of the Year Season 3 by Himanshi Khurana hosted by India’s youngest and leading event planner Purujit Singh. Preeti Kumar is now the official celebrity jury in all major project competitions.
Recently she judged one of the famous shows organized by Sharad Chaudhary in Lucknow. His jurors were Rann Vijay Singha, Karan Kundra, Rahul Gupta, Rohit Khandelwal, Prince Narula, Yuvika Chaudhary and others.
In a recent interview, Preeti Kumar said, “I will be judging and continuing to inspire all young models in the upcoming competitions. I will be judging Mr. and Miss Uttar Pradesh’s 2021-22 Best Model of the Year with Shiv Shakti Sachdev, Rohit Khandelwal, Purujit Singh and Himanshu Dulani There are many more surprises on the way, so stay tuned.
